2008 Miss NFPB Pageant Underway
The 2008 Miss NFPB Pageant is now underway. The contestants started the morning out with a dance rehersal and then headed out to the United Cerebal Palsey Workshop. After that we are on to Whiskey Creek for lunch and then back to the hotel for Speech and Modeling Rehersal.
Tonight is the first night of action of the Federation Finals. The contestants will be on hand to greet the fans as they come through the door. During the performances they will be at their booth and also on the arena floor to help with the Mutton Busting. During the weekend the girls will have decorative boxes displayed at the booth for anyone wanting to vote on Peoples Choice. So if you make it by be sure and put $1 in your favorites box.
Competition begins tomorrow with horsemanship in the morning at the Civic Arena and the speech and modeling competition in the afternoon at the Holiday Inn Hotel. Both of these are open to the public.
